1. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At PrintMyPet, every tshirt is custom-made just for you — with your pet's photo and name. We take immense pride in our print quality and want you to absolutely love your order.

We offer a full return or exchange within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • The print quality is poor, faded, or does not match what was ordered
  • The wrong size was delivered
  • The tshirt arrived damaged or defective
  • You are not satisfied with the final product

How to raise a return/exchange request:

  1. WhatsApp us at +917412946007 within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number and at least 2 clear photos of the issue
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address
  5. Replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI/bank transfer within 5–7 business days

Please note:

  • Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted
  • The tshirt must be unwashed and unworn for a return to be accepted
  • If you entered an incorrect pet name or uploaded a blurry photo at the time of ordering, we are unable to offer a return for that reason — please double-check before placing your order
  • Slight colour variation between screen and print is normal and not a defect
