Welcome to PrintMyPet (printmypet.in). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Custom product nature All products sold on PrintMyPet are made-to-order and personalised based on information and images you provide. Once an order is placed and confirmed, production begins within hours. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

2. Photo and name responsibility You are responsible for uploading a clear, high-resolution photo of your pet and entering the correct pet name at checkout. PrintMyPet will print exactly what you provide. We are not liable for poor print quality resulting from a blurry or low-resolution photo submitted by the customer.

3. Intellectual property By uploading a photo to our website, you confirm that you own the rights to that photo or have permission to use it. PrintMyPet will not use your pet's photo for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

4. Pricing All prices on printmypet.in are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders placed will be honoured at the price shown at the time of checkout.

5. Order cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp at +917412946007. After 2 hours, production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.

6. Limitation of liability PrintMyPet's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
