Shipping policy

Processing time: Every order at PrintMyPet is made fresh, just for you. After your order is confirmed, we take 2–3 business days to create your custom pet portrait and print it on your tshirt.

Delivery time:

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai): 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch (where available)

Shipping charges:

• Prepaid orders: FREE shipping across India
• COD orders: ₹49 shipping charge applicable

COD availability: Cash on Delivery is currently available only in select metro cities — Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. For all other locations, prepaid payment via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking is required.

Order tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and SMS. You can track your order at any time using this link.
